1. Is AM4HR a Hospital Management System (HMS)?
AM4HR is an Online Patient Health Record System (PHR). You can find more about what is a PHR system below. An Online Patient Health Record System focuses primarily on maintaining patient health records digitally.
It may include:
   1. Personal Health Records (Medical history, prescriptions, lab reports)
   2. Doctor Notes & Diagnosis
   3. Secure role based access to Doctors

3. How safe will be my patient's data with AM4HR?
For safety and reliability of the patient datas stored in our system, we do the following measures:
    Server Security
      We utilize a secured server with advanced capabilities to detect, firewall and block suspicious IP addresses associated with malicious activities.
    Password Security
      User passwords are protected using end-to-end hashing techniques, ensuring security against hacking attempts, even during transmission.
    Form Safety Measures
      To prevent automated bot attacks, we implement a CAPTCHA system along with a honeypot field mechanism. This helps prevent unauthorized data entries that could overload or compromise our server.
    Database Backup
      We follow a strict backup schedule, with database backups conducted at 12:30 PM IST and 8:30 PM IST on native systems. However, despite of all these measures, in an unlikely event of a successful cyber attack, there is a possibility of data loss for entries made between backup intervals which is out of our control.
Please note that we continuously strive to improve security and minimize such risks, but no system is completely immune to unforeseen events.
4. I am a doctor. I want to use AM4HR application. What should I do?
You can go to the Pricing section, check all our available subscription plans and send us an enquiry so that our representative will get back to you ASAP. You can even send us a WhatsApp message to +91 73058 07460 stating your requirement so that we can get back to you faster.

5. What are the formalities to register and start using AM4HR?
Once you send an enquiry, our representative will contact you via Whatsapp and guide you through our simple registration process. After completing the registration process and payment (After Trial Period), you will be provided with a password for Doctor's Login.
Now you can log in to our application using your registered email and the provided password. You can change your password anytime yourself.

6. How can I make payment and subscribe without knowing how the application run?
If you are interested to register to our application, We offer a 10-day trial period for new users to explore our application. During this period, you can access all features available to subscribed users, add sample data, and test functionalities.
Please note that any data entered during the trial period will remain accessible only if you subscribe before or immediately after the trial period ends.
If you choose not to subscribe to AM4HR after the trial, your data may no longer be available in any format.
7. Will there be any increase in Subscription amount in future?
Due to various factors such as increased operational costs, inflation, value-added features, marketing expenses, and government policies, we may need to adjust our subscription pricing in the future.
However, existing subscribers who renew their plans on time will continue to enjoy their Original Subscription Price without any increase until they cancel or switch to a different plan.
🔹 Important Note:
      -If your subscription expires due to non-renewal, you will need to re-subscribe at the updated price.
      -If you switch plans (e.g., from a 1-month plan to a 6-month plan), the new pricing will apply.
      -To continue enjoying uninterrupted access at your current rate, please ensure your subscription remains active!

Please note that, there will be an increase of 5% in the Original Subscription Price once in each calender year for existing subscribers also. After the increase, the new increased price will be considered as Original Subscription Price thereafter.
8. Why can't I edit my email ID in my profile section?
The reason you can't edit your email ID in the profile section is that the email you registered with during subscription serves as a unique identifier for various functionalities within the application.
This is done to ensure the integrity and security of your account. However, even if you are unable to access the email in the future, you can still use it to log in to the application.
9. I forgot my Doctor's Login password. What should I do now?
At AM4HR, we prioritize your data security. To protect your information, all user passwords are securely hashed in our database, meaning even AM4HR administrators cannot view or retrieve them.

If you’ve lost or forgotten your password, follow these steps:
   1. Visit the Enquiry section on our website and submit an enquiry.
   2. In case of an emergency, you can send us a WhatsApp message at +91 73058 07460, requesting a new password.

Our representative will assist you as soon as possible. Please have your registered mobile number and email ID ready when we contact you. You will receive a temporary password, which you can use to log in and update your password at your convenience.
10. Where can i find my profile and subscription details?
Once you log in with your Email ID and password, you can:
   1. View your profile
   2. Edit your profile
   3. View Subscription Details
   4. Change your password
   5. Log Out
Click on your name displayed at the **Top Right Corner** of your Doctor's Dashboard.
11. What is the difference between Consulation entry and Amendment entry in add medical history section?
Consultation Entry:
- Use this option to enter the consultation details for a patient.
- Once saved, the consultation entry is view-only and cannot be edited to prevent accidental changes or data loss.
Amendment Entry:
- If you realize there’s an error or incorrect information in the consultation entry, you can use the Amendment Entry to make necessary changes.
- You can add a reference to the date of the record you are amending, and the amendment will be marked in red for quick attention.
- This ensures the changes are highlighted, making it easy to spot and verify corrections.
12. Why don't I find any options to upload image or pdf files such as investigation report etc.?
AM4HR.com primarily aim at giving an online facility for doctors to upload and view their patient data in an economical platform. Most of the basic functionalities are been provided. Since image upload option technically increases the maintenence cost, the concept of an economical application may not be possible.
Now doctors can add key points of the investigation report in **Complaints & Observations, Notes & Amendments** section so they can be viewed during the next patient visit and take forward the consultation based on that.
